Hello There, thank you for stopping by my website to get to know a little more about me! (Btw, I often go by Nivi, shortened from Nibedita Das).
In 2003, I came to the United States to pursue master's in Architecture and Community Planning degrees at Kansas State University. After graduating from KSU, I started my career as an Urban Designer in Sacramento, California. My journey in urban planning and design continued for almost 18 years, delivering high-profile real estate development projects in Sacramento-Central Valley, and many San Francisco Bay Area cities. In 2018, I decided to transition to my career as a REALTOR and haven’t looked back since.

I truly believe that my background in architecture, urban design, and project management has helped me deliver excellence in market/product knowledge, understanding of location benefits, ability to strategically negotiate for the best price, and overall effective oversight of the associated complex financial and closing processes.
